Interface Unit (Optional)
The interface unit, the Smartbox, is an optional unit that is used to interface with various sensors, switches and lights. The Smartbox can be programmed to suit any special requirements including a panic button, Geofencing or remote sensing.
Mobile Data Terminal (Optional)
The Mobil Data Terminal is a unit for sending and receiving prefixed messages and it can display GPS positioning and status if necessary. Although the Mobile Data Terminal is not necessary as the Inmarsat D+ can send out GPS positioning and other data without it, the Mobile Data Terminal has the unique advantage of being portable.
